Company Description Ruttenberg IP Law, A Professional Corporation, is a boutique intellectual property litigation firm based in Century City, focusing primarily on patent, copyright and trademark litigation and related IP counseling.
Role Description Seeking experienced Litigation Paralegal focusing on IP Litigation. Ideal candidate is a highly organized, tech savvy self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills, and an ability to organize/manage multiple projects. In-person strongly preferred, but will consider remote or hybrid for exceptionally well-qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience handling complex litigation, preferably with patent/IP litigation. Senior paralegals also welcome to apply. BigLaw experience is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with ECF filings, and knowledgeable of federal court rules and procedures
- Requires proficiency with Westlaw and PACER
- Must have experience with document collection/production, e-Discovery
- Proficiency in creating Pleading templates, formatting and proofreading legal documents
- Bachelor’s degree required
Salary range: $75,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. Overtime may be available, as needed.
