What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Resource Lead position at Rutland Regional Medical Center?
The House Resource Lead serves as the hospital operational oversight point person across their designated shift. This position is responsible for facilitating patient movement, assuring appropriate staffing, initiating emergency protocols, and providing clinical coordination and collaboration. The HRL serves as a liaison across departments, multifunctional teams, and leadership while providing direction, consultation and documentation. Serving as a surrogate in the absence of front-line leader in a dynamic, multidisciplinary patient-centered environment is critical to the role.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required, BSN preferred
- MSN or graduate level degree in related field preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
- Two years of clinical experience preferred.
- Prior Lead or Leadership experience preferred.
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Licensed RN in the State of Vermont.
- ACLS Certification

Pay Range = $47.08 - $68.58
Location: Rutland Regional Medical Center · Central Patient Monitoring (111)
Schedule: part-time, 12 hour day shift, 7am-7pm
