Advanced Practice Provider

Rutland Regional Medical Center (RRMC), the largest community hospital in Vermont, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team. As an APP at RRMC, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality medical care to our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose health conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other medical staff to deliver effective, holistic patient care.
• Prescribe medications and therapy; monitor patient response and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on their health, wellness, and preventive care.
• Maintain detailed patient records and ensure confidentiality and privacy in compliance with healthcare laws and standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay current on medical practices and policies.
