Provides assistance and support by performing various secretarial, administrative, and assistant responsibilities for department leadership and others, as assigned.
Minimum Education
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- Associates Degree in business or related field preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
- One year of administrative or clerical experience preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Demonstrated strong keyboarding knowledge and ability.
- Demonstrated moderate knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Highly discreet, able to routinely handle confidential materials.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and assignments.
Pay Range: $19.97 - $29.09
