School Counselor
Rutland Intermediate School is seeking a counselor with a strong skill set in trauma-informed practices, restorative-informed practices, and social-emotional learning to serve students in grades 3-6. Expectations will include providing skill-based learning to students with skill deficits in behavior management, social interactions, and emotional regulation. Skill-based interventions will take place across all settings including: in and outside the classroom, individually and in small groups, and within the community. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with both students and colleagues, fostering collaborative relationships.
