The applicant must have a strong background in literacy, mathematics, and working within a professional learning community. Experience with Response to Intervention, Restorative Practices, and PBIS will be viewed favorably. Strong candidates will also possess the ability to make formative and data-based adjustments to whole-group and small-group classroom instruction, differentiate instruction effectively, and work cooperatively with colleagues.
