About the Role:
As an LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant 6 to 2, you will provide high-quality care to our patients and residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and reporting vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, such as walking, getting out of bed, and using the bathroom
- Maintaining patient records and reports
- Participating in care conferences and contributing to the development of patient care plans
Requirements:
- Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
