Anticipated Part-Time Special Education Teacher
Ruthven-Ayrshire Community School District is seeking applicants for an anticipated part-time Special Education Teacher position for the upcoming school year.

- Hold or be eligible for appropriate Iowa teaching licensure with Special Education endorsement
- Demonstrate strong instructional and classroom management skills
- Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, parents, and administration
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
Responsibilities include:
- Providing specialized instruction and interventions for students receiving special education services
- Supporting student achievement in academic, social, and behavioral areas
- Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Maintaining compliance with state and federal special education requirements
