Facilities & Housekeeping Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and hands-on Facilities & Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness, appearance, and daily upkeep of our boutique hotel, bar, and event venue. This leadership role is responsible for managing the housekeeping team, maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the property, coordinating cleaning before and after guest stays and events, and ensuring our building is always welcoming and guest-ready.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who takes pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained spaces and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the housekeeping team.
• Ensure guest rooms, suites, public spaces, restrooms, bar areas, and event spaces consistently meet our cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Oversee cleaning and reset of the property following weddings, private events, and bar service, while preparing spaces for upcoming guests and events.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Coordinate housekeeping priorities with hotel management and event staff based on occupancy and event schedules.
• Maintain inventory of linens, guest amenities, cleaning products, and housekeeping equipment.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Identify maintenance concerns and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team or outside vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed and lead by example.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
