Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completes initial and ongoing assessments, including physical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care abilities, educational, age-appropriate, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment.
- Documents patient care given.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Licenses:
- Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state compact license).
