The Case Manager develops and maintains partnerships with local service providers, treatment facilities, hospitals, government agencies, and other community resources throughout Minnesota to support residents and promote awareness of RH and SH programs.

The Case Manager is a member of the Leadership Team, reports directly to the Program Director, and participates in shared organizational leadership and decision-making.
