What You’ll Do:
• Support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations, maintaining the highest culinary and safety standards.
• Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff to deliver excellence with every plate.
• Oversee daily food preparation, production, and presentation.
• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation that meets Ruth’s Chris standards.
• Assist in menu development, inventory control, and cost management.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3 years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen management.
• A hands-on leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
