- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications (including texts and emails).
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish required (no exceptions)
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to obtain a 4-40 insurance license.
