Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking Instructors for The Center for Advanced Infrastructure and Transportation (CAIT) – Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP). The Instructor will teach in one or more of the following NJ government related areas: NJ Tax Assessment Administration, Educational Facilities Management, Elected Officials, Municipal Financial Management, Housing Authority, Housing Professionals,Municipal Clerks, Professional Development, Public Purchasing, Public Safety, Public Works Management, Planning & Zoning, School Transportation Supervision, NJ Tax Collection and Train-the-Trainer. The position will be responsible for course administration and content delivery.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Requires at least two years of instructional experience or completion of hiring unit’s Train the Trainer program. Requires 3 years’ experience working in above referenced government positions. Also requires good communication and interpersonal skills.
