We're looking for a Part-Time Receptionist who enjoys helping people, stays organized, and takes pride in being the first impression of our dealership.

About the Role

As our Part-Time Receptionist, you'll be the face and voice of Rusty Wallace Chevrolet. You'll welcome guests, manage incoming calls, support office operations, and help ensure every customer interaction starts on the right foot.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and can keep multiple tasks moving throughout the day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greet customers, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional attitude
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
• Take accurate messages and respond to general inquiries
• Maintain visitor logs and support front desk security procedures
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
• Assist with additional office and clerical projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities throughout the day
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software
• Ability to operate office equipment including printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems
