What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Technician and Apprentice Technicians position at Rusty Wallace Cadillac GMC Kia?
We are a family owned dealership, in the beautiful city of Morristown Tennessee, located near the Great Smokey Mountains. We are seeking employees who would like to have their last job, who are looking for a home to retire from. We are in the process of building a new state of the art dealership, and are looking for the right people to join our team.
We offer a air conditioned shop to work in for year around comfort, with paid vacations, 401k, health, dental, vision and supplemental insurance options.
We have an employee of the month program in which our managers vote and the winner is awarded a $250.00 bonus and qualifies for the Employee of the year which the winner is awarded a $1000.00 bonus. We have a monthly luncheon for the entire staff when the winner is announced.
