What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at Rusty Taco?
Aspire2B is searching for a Cook for our Rusty Taco Fast Casual Concept. This position impacts the long-term viability of the company by creating great food, exceeding guest expectations, and ensuring proper sanitation, portion and quality standards.
YOU WILL:
- Sets-up, maintains, and operates the station using prep sheets and station charts.
- Develop food according to standardized recipes.
- Prep and prepares food items at correct temperatures within specified timeframes.
- Package/ serve orders according to guidelines.
- Adhere to SERV Food and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies.
- Develop strong working relationships within the team.
WE SEEK:

- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Minimum one (1) year of kitchen experience in the restaurant industry, preferred.
