Dishwasher/Busser

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about hospitality, possess strong attention to cleanliness, and be eager to support the culinary and service staff. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Duties

• Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
• Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, silverware, and glassware promptly and courteously.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic kitchen assistance and ingredient handling.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to ensure a tidy environment.
• Help with setting up and breaking down banquet or catering events when required.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures diligently to promote a safe working environment.

Experience

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant operations, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with bussing tables, food handling, or kitchen support roles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking basics, or culinary practices can be beneficial.
• Familiarity with banquet service or hotel food service operations is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
