Role Description
This is a remote, performance-based Sales Intern role focused on client acquisition.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, starting conversations, and connecting qualified leads with our team. Once a deal is closed, you earn commission.
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn real-world sales, outreach, and client acquisition while working directly with a growing agency.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to local businesses (DMs, email, cold outreach, networking)
- Identify businesses that could benefit from marketing services
- Start conversations and qualify potential clients
- Pass leads to our team to close deals
- Learn real sales and outreach strategies
Compensation
- Commission per closed client
- Unlimited earning potential

Preferred Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Comfortable with outreach (DMs, email, networking)
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) is a plus
