We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team at Rustik. Located in a vibrant setting, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while crafting delicious cocktails and beverages that enhance our guests' dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Manage the bar area efficiently, including inventory control and cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist in creating new drink recipes and specials to enhance the menu.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink pairings.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
