LANDSCAPE DESIGN/SALESPERSON

Come work with us as our new design/salesperson.  Rustic Road Landscaping is an established design/build firm serving southeast Wisconsin for over 50 years.

The Position:

We are looking for an energetic, talented landscape designer, someone who can create stunning designs using digital visualization tools.  A person that can then sell that design and see it through its completion.

Your Responsibilities:

-         Create innovative designs that align with the client’s vision and site requirements.

-         Develop 3D renderings and visualizations that help clients see their future outdoor spaces.

-         Provide client guidance throughout the entire project.

-         Turn design consultations into signed projects.

-         Collaborate with our installation team to bring your designs to life.

-         Stay current with landscape trends and sustainable practices.

-         Work toward initial year sales goal of $350,000 - $500,000.

What you bring to the table:

-         Proficiency with digital design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).

-         A portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical abilities.

-         Good people skills and an ability to connect with clients and fellow employees.

-         Sales experience or the confidence to develop these skills.

-         Knowledge of plants, materials, and construction methods.

-         Landscape design education OR equivalent real-world experience.

-         3 – 5 years minimum in design and sales.

-          This position can be structured to a full-time basis or we are open to more flexible schedules.  Let us know your preferences.

Compensation Projections:

Salary $65,000 and up.  Vacation, health benefits, paid holidays, vehicle, and incentives all will be based upon experience and sales.
