Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver, Flower Processor, and Waste Management Specialist! In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for delivering fresh flowers and floral products to customers using our vehicle, processing flowers on-site, and maintaining cleanliness through the store, garbage collection and cleaning duties. This energetic position offers the opportunity to engage with customers directly, ensure timely deliveries, and uphold high standards of safety and hygiene. Your proactive approach and excellent driving skills will contribute to a seamless operation that delights our clients and keeps our facilities running smoothly. Also ringing up customers and answering the phone/taking orders
Duties
- Safely operate vehicle for delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards-CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- Load, unload, and handle floral products with manual handling techniques to ensure quality and safety during transport
- Process flowers on-site by cutting and unboxing
- Collect garbage, recyclables, and perform cleaning tasks around the facility to maintain a hygienic environment
- Use mobile devices for route navigation, delivery confirmations, and communication with team members
- Assist with customers/phone
- Ensure compliance with weight handling in the workplace by practicing safe lifting practices during loading/unloading activities
Skills
- Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route driving and customer service excellence
- Friendly and fast-paced
- Ability to operate commercial trucks with manual transmission safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with heavy lifting, safe lifting practices, and adhering to DOT regulations for commercial driving
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple deliveries while maintaining punctuality
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety protocols are followed

Perfect job for moms with children in school etc. Projected hours 9-2 or as needed Mon-Fri, may be asked if can work occasional Saturday/once a month from 8:30-1:00.
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
