This position plays a key role in ensuring every pet and pet owner has a smooth, positive experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess strong communication skills to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need while fostering a positive experience with our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and their pets
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
- Process invoices, check-ins/check-outs, and payments
- Maintain accurate client records
- Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Prior experience in veterinary or medical office setting is a plus
- Prior animal experience is required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Applicants must be available to work weekdays and some Saturdays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
