Position Description
As a Rust-Oleum Product Management Intern, you will be responsible for providing support on specific project objectives as assigned by your manager.
Our internship provides involvement in a variety of real-world projects such as:
- Digital Marketing
- Assist with enhancing features for ShopthePSC.com
- Includes: content creation, eComm tile reviews/additions, copywriting, data management, wireframing, SEO keyword research
- Brand Development
- Assist with activities to support national brand development
- Includes: brand logo and iconography development, voice creation, website design, website build, developing marketing activation plan recommendations
- Competitive Analysis
- Draft competitive landscape to visually represent top competitors in key product categories (service levels, marketing tactics, price, other support, etc)
- Analyze how we compare, room for improvement, and prove messaging for strong RO Advantage
- New Product Development / Line Extensions
- Complete market pricing analysis
- Create label redesign concepts
- Draft recommendations for phased product launches on ShopthePSC.com
- Continuous Improvement / Operations
- Support Operations teams in analysis and execution of key tasks as needed
- May include: tint center operations and expansion, MTO process improvement research, and more
