Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a College Recruiter located in Holly Springs, MS. The College Recruiter will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families, representing Rust College at recruitment events, coordinating campus tours, and collaborating with other departments to develop effective recruitment strategies. The College Recruiter will also manage application inquiries, provide guidance throughout the admissions process, and maintain relationships with high schools, guidance counselors, and community organizations.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related fields preferred
- Ability to travel and represent Rust College at external recruitment events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management systems, and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with higher education systems and admissions processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field strongly preferred
- Passion for fostering student development and promoting diversity in education
- Must be able to work collaboratively and within diverse teams
