Sourcing Intern Rocky River, OH ROLE SUMMARY The Sourcing Intern will play a key role in supporting our recruitment operations and candidate pipeline initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and pipeline management within the recruitment industry. Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Director of Business Planning JOB FUNCTIONS Identify and source qualified candidates for open manufacturing roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases Build and maintain candidate talent pools for high-frequency and critical manufacturing positions Conduct regular data auditing and cleanup to ensure database records, contact details, and resume files are accurate and up to date Support candidate marketing initiatives, including executing email outreach campaigns, talent community engagement, and promoting open roles on digital platforms Shadow recruiters through the full recruitment lifecycle to learn best practices and hiring strategies Sit in on intake calls with recruiting team members to understand client needs and position requirements Attend and observe candidate phone screens to learn assessment techniques and candidate evaluation Assist in writing detailed candidate summaries and profiles for client presentation Manage and update candidate records, resume uploads, and workflow stages in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Assist with candidate outreach, scheduling, and general recruiting administrative tasks REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proactive, solution-oriented, and independent self-starter Experience with Google Suite and CRM or ATS systems preferred Energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge OUR TEAM Rust Belt Recruiting has defined five core values that summarize the ethos of the team that we are striving to achieve.
