Serving our industries since the 1940s, we provide creative chemical products and contract packaging support. Due to recent business expansion, we are rapidly expanding our production team to meet increased customer demand.
Packer Role
The Packer operates automated filling machinery and packages finished chemical products into cases for shipping. This entry-level position serves as the primary entry point to the company, providing opportunities to learn quality control and advance into specialized roles.
Packer Responsibilities
- Load empty container units like quarts and gallons into 70-foot high-speed automated filling lines
- Monitor filling machines as containers are filled, capped, sealed, and labeled
- Perform quality control checks by verifying date codes and inspecting product packaging
- Pack finished chemical containers manually into boxes for distribution
- Maintain a continuous flow of finished goods to prevent logjams at the shipping docks
- Keep individual packaging workstations clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Follow strict plant rules and safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment
- Interact flexibly across different packaging zones to support team production goals
Packer Reporting Relationships
The candidate will report directly to executive leadership and floor supervisors, and the role has no direct reports.

- Follow all company regulations and safety procedures strictly to protect the production floor
- Adapt well to a fast-paced, high-volume environment handling a high frequency of outbound shipments
- Show a positive, cooperative attitude when collaborating with team members across the zone
