The Pizza Cooks responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Prepare menu items according to instructions, recipes and customer’s orders considering special requests.
- Experience with hand stretching dough preferred
- Manage dough – prepare, proof, store and hand stretch.
- Clean food preparation areas and cooking surfaces.
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
- Set up working station with sufficient product & utensils.
- Check quality of pizzas before they are served to guests.
- Perform regular maintenance on kitchen equipment.
- Performs additional tasks & projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written communication skills; is capable of communicating effectively with customers and co-workers; bi-lingual skills a plus.
- Restaurant experience, including full service, fast food or convenience, is preferred but not required.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must have reliable transportation
