Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Line Cook/ Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and guidelines.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
  • Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining presentation standards.
  • Assist with training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
  • A passion for culinary arts and a desire to help create memorable dining experiences for guests.
