Responsibilities
- Support office staff and executives with clerical tasks
- Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, office events, and travel arrangements; send reminders for upcoming appointments
- Answer phones professionally and direct calls or take detailed messages
- Type paper and electronic correspondence; prepare outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies; request repairs or restocking as needed
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Manage document filing and general administrative duties
- Provide client interaction and support as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and common office equipment
