RSM helps students of all levels become more confident in math and develop a deeper understanding of the subject.
We are seeking a Regional HR Representative to support RSM schools within the Northeast. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a supportive HR team to deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle, helping drive trust, compliance and operational excellence.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build strong, positive relationships with employees
- Support onboarding efforts and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs
- Manage employment lifecycle events including hiring, changes, transfers and offboarding
- Partner with the Benefits team to support open enrollment and deliver employee benefits education services
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and company policies
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations
- Support change initiatives through effective communication and engagement activities
- Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate closely with the HR Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Your Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably supporting multiple locations
- Experience working with HR systems and generating reports
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with workforce data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
- Professional communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- HR certification preferred
