Regional Human Resources Representative

For nearly two decades, RSM students have consistently achieved remarkable scores on standardized tests and in national and international math competitions, although attaining top test scores is just one of the benefits of our program. RSM helps students of all levels become more confident in math and develop a deeper understanding of the subject.

We are seeking a Regional HR Representative to support RSM schools within the Northeast. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a supportive HR team to deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle, helping drive trust, compliance and operational excellence.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build strong, positive relationships with employees
• Support onboarding efforts and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs
• Manage employment lifecycle events including hiring, changes, transfers and offboarding
• Partner with the Benefits team to support open enrollment and deliver employee benefits education services
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and company policies
• Stay current on employment laws and regulations
• Support change initiatives through effective communication and engagement activities
• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Collaborate closely with the HR Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery

Your Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2 years of HR experience, preferably supporting multiple locations
• Experience working with HR systems and generating reports
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with workforce data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Professional communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• HR certification preferred
