RSM is growing and hiring a HRIS Manager to oversee the strategy, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems. This role ensures HR technology solutions support business needs, enhance data integrity, and improve overall HR operations. The HRIS Manager partners with HR, IT, payroll, and leadership teams to deliver efficient and user-friendly systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of the HRIS (UKG Ready)
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, data validation, and quality checks.
- Develop and manage role-based system permissions and ensure appropriate security protocols.
- Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Implement HR technology best practices to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Develop, automate, and maintain HR dashboards and reports
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
- Serve as the primary HRIS point of contact for system users.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to HR and other end users.
- Evaluate and escalate system issues to vendors or IT as needed.
- Manage relationships with HRIS vendors, consultants, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, payroll, finance) to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of HRIS or HR operations experience,
- Experience with one or more major HR systems (Workday, UKG, ADP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, payroll, performance, compensation).
- Proficiency with data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
