Responsibilities include:
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify appointments, and assist with check-in procedures using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Collect and update patient information.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with clinical staff to optimize daily operations.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, address patient inquiries, and provide clear information about services offered.
- Support clinical staff with basic procedures such as assisting with intake and exam processes, and preparing exam rooms.
- Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
