Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items from scratch, adhering to high standards for quality and presentation.
- Assist with menu planning and the development of weekly specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless cooking process.
- Support inventory management, including tracking supplies and minimizing waste.
- Participate in training and mentoring of new kitchen staff.
- Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a from-scratch kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate properly to kitchen staff.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
