Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance needs to recommend suitable health plans that meet their requirements and budget.
- Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage options to secure the best possible outcomes for clients while aligning with company guidelines.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on client inquiries.
- Provide clear communication about benefits administration, policy details, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and trust.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that promote insurance products effectively across various channels.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to evaluate client needs accurately.
- Knowledge of insurance sales practices, benefits administration, and HIPAA compliance is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Pay: $66,863.15 - $80,523.36 per year
