Workforce Management & Time/Attendance Specialist
Location: Burlington, MA 3 Days Onsite
Engagement Type: Contract (0.5 FTE)
Duration: 6 Months Contract Opportunity
Pay Range: $60/hour-$70/hr on W2 (DOE)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Workforce Management & Time/Attendance Specialist with strong technical expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. This role will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing UKG Pro WFM applications, ensuring accurate workforce scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll integrations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos platforms and a strong understanding of workforce management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support UKG Pro WFM and related workforce management solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize advanced scheduling configurations to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, configuration challenges, and integration-related problems.
- Support and maintain integrations between UKG WFM, payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and other enterprise applications.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
- Perform system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for upgrades, patches, and new functionality.
- Monitor data integrity and ensure accurate timekeeping, attendance tracking, and scheduling processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to support workforce management initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and support procedures.
- Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution for workforce management applications.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions, Workforce Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central.
- Strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM), Time & Attendance, and Scheduling solutions.
- Experience configuring workforce scheduling and timekeeping modules.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting system integrations, interfaces, and data flows.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and payroll system integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with system testing, validation, and implementation support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting legacy UKG/Kronos environments.
- Experience with UKG Dimensions, Workforce Central, or related UKG platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs, data interfaces, and integration technologies.
- Experience working in enterprise-level workforce management environments.
- Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools is a plus.
