Position Summary:
- The Technical Program Manager – Cloud Security / Vulnerability Management role is a senior-level technical program leadership position based in Alpharetta, GA, responsible for driving large-scale cloud security, vulnerability remediation, and engineering modernization initiatives across a highly matrixed enterprise technology organization. This role requires a strong combination of technical program management expertise, cloud security knowledge, vulnerability management experience, stakeholder leadership, and cross-functional delivery execution skills.
- The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience leading large-scale technical programs within cloud, security, infrastructure, or software engineering environments. Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, vulnerability management, application security, CI/CD pipelines, security remediation processes, and engineering delivery lifecycles is essential. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and executive presence are required, along with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and successfully deliver high-visibility security and cloud transformation initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

- 100% Needs TECHNICAL Domain knowledge (Not just a good program manger but a REALLY GOOD TPM)
- Cloud controls, AI Tooling Experience (coding Scanning), Vulnerability Management, Remediation, CDE structure
- This team is Building new tooling to help developers in this new AI world
- Tooling for them to understand what is being built, looking at it from a lens of how are we protecting ourselves
- Can come in and understand that from a technical standpoint, but can also speak with developers they can understand adoption. Job is not done when the developers turn the tools on and manage them.
- Follow up speaking with developers, making sure adoption is on point, putting it in hygiene systems. If things are falling through the cracks, follow up to get it done.
- Need someone who is extremely detail oriented and has the ability to control the narrative and push projects forward.
About Role:
- High-Level Overview
- This TPM role will help drive large-scale security and cloud engineering programs across the Technology & Operations Risk organization.
- The person will coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts tied to security remediation, vulnerability management, cloud security, and engineering modernization initiatives.
- This is NOT a pure Scrum Master role. The manager is looking for someone who can operate strategically across engineering, product, and security teams while also understanding enough technical depth to facilitate architecture discussions, remediation programs, and delivery coordination.
- The environment appears highly matrixed with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and large-scale security initiatives moving simultaneously.
Must Haves:
- Strong Technical Program Management experience
- Experience supporting large-scale technical/security initiatives
- Experience in cloud or software engineering environments
Strong Agile delivery background:
- Scrum
- Kanban
- Scaled Agile
- Ability to coordinate across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders
- Strong risk/dependency management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, highly cross-functional environments
