Sales Development Representative

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Paducah, KY

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite (50% Travel) - Paducah, KY

Pay rate: $28-$29/hr

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new restaurant partnerships within assigned territories.
• Meet with restaurant owners in person to present partnership opportunities and demonstrate business value.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and revenue-sharing arrangements.
• Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and close new business opportunities efficiently.
• Travel regularly throughout assigned markets, including occasional overnight stays.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute territory growth strategies.
• Utilize provided sales tools, marketing materials, and resources to support business development efforts.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales performance goals.

Requirements:

• 2.5 years of successful sales experience in a closing role or similar position.
• Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) preferred.
• Restaurant, food service, or beverage industry sales experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
