Job Title: Program Manager (II)
Location: Tempe AZ (Hybrid – Tue, Wed, Thur Onsite for 3 days)
Duration: 5 months contract
Project Overview:
This role supports client Remote Assistance (RA) teams, handling both current initiatives and developing and planning upcoming changes to the program. This role requires significant technical knowledge of the RA systems and internal stakeholder management. The role requires proactively anticipating potential issues, proposing viable solutions, and refining operational tools and processes while managing critical dependencies and cross-functional challenges
Overall Responsibilities:
The Program Manager oversees operational health and ensures adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while simultaneously spearheading large-scale transformational programs.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Assisting with current initiatives to execute programs that enhance operational workflows and facilitate scalable support for the Client Driver.
- Vendor Management: Leveraging vendor partner relationships to drive KPI performance and supporting company goals.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Providing expertise to cross functional business stakeholders
Planning & Prioritization: Collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategies, determine timelines, and coordinate dependencies.
Stakeholder Management: Capacity to consult with and integrate feedback from stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making that aligns with broader business objectives.
Communications Management: Skillfully adapting communications to encompass program objectives and status updates for stakeholders across all levels.
Continuous Improvement Development: Design and apply program phasing and metrics to foster continuous improvement, setting regular checkpoints for assessment and proactive optimization.
Vendor Management: Capacity to resolve obstacles and enhance the efficiency of external vendor collaborations
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Education: Degree and field
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Operations, or Engineering preferred).
- Total years' experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility (ex. 4 years experience as a Database Developer specificaly in implementing ETL packages)
- 3 years of experience in Program Management, specifically within operational implementation
- 3 years' experience operating within a multifaceted, technical, and rapidly transitioning environment
- Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for the role (ex. 3 years' experience writing SQL code).
- Demonstrated expertise in spearheading ongoing enhancement projects to reduce operational findings
- Adept at overseeing transition processes and implementing system refreshes with negligible operational impact
- Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Google Apps, Salesforce CRM, etc.) Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco)
- Google Apps

- Experience working with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Asana applications.
- Experience in the autonomous vehicle, transportation dispatch, and emergency response industries
