ewWe are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Supply Chain / Procurement Specialist to support procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, and supply chain operations. - esPurchase materials and equipment from suppliers, including electro-mechanical assemblies, electronic components, PCB assemblies, hardware, and non-inventory item
- s.Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs
- ).Contribute to monthly supplier scorecards and present procurement-related data during quarterly business review
- s.Plan material requirements, maintain inventory levels, manage schedules within the ERP system, and communicate requirements effectively to supplier
- s.Identify and monitor supply chain risks, ensuring transparency of material flow throughout the supply chai
- n.Collaborate with planning and operations teams to communicate supply risks and implement mitigation strategie
- s.Develop and maintain efficient processes for tracking open purchase orders, expediting orders, and managing delivery schedule
- s.Support commodity management initiatives by maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring supplier performance, resolving supply issues, and assisting with new product introduction
- s.Resolve purchase order receiving discrepancies and assist with invoice reconciliation activitie
- s.Manage supplier returns, including non-conformance reports (NCRs), return material authorizations (RMAs), and material review board (MRB) processe
