📍 New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

💲 $47–$50/hour

Join a high-growth team supporting syndicated lending operations within a fast-paced secured lending business. This is a hands-on, production-focused role where you’ll make an immediate impact across loan booking, servicing, and agency operations using LoanIQ.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Book and set up syndicated loan deals in LoanIQ (deal, facility & loan levels)
• Process lifecycle events: interest, principal, fees, rollovers, and rate resets
• Perform participant & agency servicing, including reconciliations and lender distributions
• Interpret credit agreements and extract key operational terms
• Manage SOFR-based rate calculations and loan servicing activities
• Support month-end reporting, reconciliations, and controls

✅ What You Bring:

• 3–6 years of experience in syndicated loan operations
• Strong hands-on experience with LoanIQ (required)
• Experience in at least 2 areas: loan booking, participant servicing, or agency servicing
• Knowledge of SOFR and lending conventions
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Experience at a large bank or financial institution
• Exposure to structured credit products (CLOs, CRE, subscription finance)
• Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
