Title: iOS Developer

Location: San Diego, CA

Duration: 3-month contract with high possibility of extension

We are seeking an experienced iOS Software Engineer to join a global leading technology company focused on building innovative software products used by millions of users worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge applications that combine exceptional user experiences with highly scalable systems and real-time technologies.

As part of a high-impact engineering team, you will help design, develop, and maintain production-grade mobile applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust and intuitive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Build and maintain scalable, real-time systems and device-connected experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support customer escalations when needed.
• Contribute to application performance, reliability, and overall user experience improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional experience developing mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Solid understanding of modern concurrency concepts, including async/await, actors, Sendable, and structured concurrency.
• Experience building and shipping production-grade mobile applications.
• Experience with UI frameworks and multimedia technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with real-time networking, asynchronous programming, and scalable application architectures.
• Understanding of state management and state machine patterns.
• Experience developing applications across multiple device platforms and form factors.
• Familiarity with cloud services and backend-integrated mobile applications.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity.
