Job Title: Human Resources Support Representative IV
Location: Tualatin, OR
Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00/hourly
Contract Length: 06 months (chances for conversion/extension)
Duties: This role is part of a global HR transformation initiative and will support both global design and regional execution activities.
Functional Team Support
- Support global functional workstreams (Case, Knowledge, Document Management) in partnership with the Global Functional Lead and Regional Leaders.
- Assist with maintaining functional documentation and design materials.
- Ensure documents are properly versioned, stored, and accessible in SharePoint.
- Work with partners to research and support requirements related to knowledge, document, and case management (e.g., retention rules, regional vs. global structures).
Knowledge Management Support
- Assist in formatting, reviewing, and organizing knowledge articles.
- Ensure knowledge content follows standard templates and structure.
- Support bulk updates and clean-up activities for knowledge content.
- Track knowledge article readiness for testing and go-live.
Document Management Support
- Support organization and clean-up of HR documents used in service delivery.
- Ensure documents are:
- Properly stored and categorized.
- Aligned to standard naming and structure.
- Assist with tracking document readiness for migration or use in ServiceNow.
- Help maintain alignment between SharePoint content and HRSD usage.
Case Management Support
- Assist with tracking and organizing case management requirements and scenarios.
- Support preparation of case examples and scenarios for testing.
- Help document workflows, routing logic, and process notes.
- Identify and document gaps or issues surfaced during design and testing.
Testing Support
- Assist with UAT preparation activities, including:
- Test case formatting and organization.
- Test data tracking.
- Track testing progress, defects, and follow-ups.
- Help coordinate defect updates and ensure status is current.
- Support cleanup and documentation after test cycles.
Data Tracking & Reporting Support
- Maintain trackers for:
- Requirements and decisions.
- Knowledge articles.
- Testing progress and defects.
- Ensure data is accurate, up to date, and easy to interpret.
- Provide basic summaries to support team visibility.
Coordination Support
- Follow up on action items and deliverables across the functional team.
- Help ensure deadlines and deliverables are not missed.
- Support cross-team coordination where needed (functional, training, testing).
- Help balance priorities across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
General Project Support
- Assist with ad hoc requests from:
- HR Services Leader – US.
- Global Functional Lead.
- Regional Leaders.
- Support coordination between global functional direction and regional execution needs.
- Support readiness activities leading up to go-live.
- Help maintain organization across multiple regional inputs.
Core Skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and maintain multiple trackers and documents.
- Clear and professional written communication.
- Ability to follow defined processes and templates.
Functional/Technical Skills
- Experience working in Excel and SharePoint (required).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred but not required).
- Basic understanding of:
- HR processes or HR shared services (preferred).
- Knowledge management or documentation standards (preferred).
Work Style
- Self-directed with the ability to take guidance and execute independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
- Able to manage repetitive and detail-heavy tasks with accuracy.
Schedule Notes
- Virtual Flex Schedule.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays are required days in office (with some flexibility).
