🔍 What You'll Be Doing

✅ Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions

✅ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting

✅ Analyze variances and identify key business trends

✅ Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to improve visibility across the organization

✅ Support planning efforts related to revenue, expenses, headcount, and compensation

✅ Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights

✅ Help improve reporting processes, automation, and overall FP&A efficiency

🎯 What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

✔ 3 years of FP&A, Financial Analyst, or Corporate Finance experience

✔ Advanced Excel skills

✔ Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting

✔ Experience with financial planning tools and reporting platforms

✔ Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, HubSpot, or similar analytics tools is a plus

✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
