Sourcing Recruiter (Corporate)

We are hiring a Sourcing Recruiter to support hiring for technical and sales-related roles within a fast-paced, growing organization. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify top candidates.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for technical and sales roles
- Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring needs
- Use creative sourcing strategies and market research
- Manage multiple searches in a fast-moving environment
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Track pipeline activity and sourcing metrics
Qualifications
- Experience sourcing technical and/or sales talent
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in Corporate Recruiting (Tech or Global firms preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Creative and proactive sourcing approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset and strong organizational skills
