We are seeking a Communications & Change Management Specialist to provide critical communications support for a client undergoing a multi-year transformation journey. This role will partner closely with Transformation Leads, HR, and client leadership to drive effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational alignment throughout the transformation process.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications
- Develop and execute monthly communication plans in partnership with Transformation Leads and client leadership.
- Create clear, engaging, and impactful communications that support transformation objectives.
Executive Reporting
- Prepare, validate, and present monthly Management Forum decks and executive-level updates.
- Translate complex information into concise and meaningful presentations for senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate with Transformation Leads, HR, and other key stakeholders to provide status updates, develop talking points, and support change initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted partner in guiding successful transformation outcomes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Utilize strong project management skills to coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Facilitate collaboration between client stakeholders and project teams to maintain momentum and accountability.
Professional Excellence
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility while fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Communications Specialist or in a similar communications-focused role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with communication tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
