Position Overview
The Central Operations Administrative Professional will provide essential administrative and operational support to multiple advisor teams within Ayco Executive Wealth. This role plays a key part in helping clients achieve their financial goals by ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing of client information, and smooth execution of internal operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple advisor teams in the Central Operations department.
- Prepare, review, and edit confidential correspondence and documentation.
- Manage document scanning, organization, and archival across multiple internal systems.
- Prepare and process travel expense and billing allocation reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and handle time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments.
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative and operational projects as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while supporting internal teams and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
