Job Title: Technical Support Engineer II
Location: New York, NY - Onsite
Duration: 5 Months
Pay Rate Range: $43/hr - $47/hr (DOE)
Responsibilities Include:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment, including microphones, speakers, amplifiers, switches, and video conferencing systems.
Support live and hybrid events by managing presentations, camera angles, audio boards, AV switching, and streaming equipment.
Maintain conference rooms through proactive equipment checks, room sweeps, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting ServiceNow requests.
Configure and adjust conferencing equipment to ensure reliable audio, video, and presentation quality.
Coordinate with AV operations, event technology, and network operations teams to support meetings and events.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as an AV Technician or in a similar audiovisual support role.
Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms, audio boards, and AV switching.
Practical knowledge of microphones, speakers, amplifiers, Crestron systems, video conferencing, and streaming equipment.
Experience supporting live events, conference rooms, and hybrid meetings.
