Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting into target accounts to generate qualified pipeline
- Qualifying inbound and marketing-generated leads in a timely manner
- Identify key stakeholders, use cases, and business challenges within accounts
- Deliver clear, tailored messaging aligned to customer needs and industry context
- Partner closely with Account Executives to progress and transition opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and pipeline tracking in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Support regional campaigns and strategic account initiatives
- Follow defined sales processes and engagement standards
- 1–3 years in SDR/BDR or similar prospecting role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally with business and technical stakeholders
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform-based sales
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code or workflow solutions
- Exposure to MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar qualification frameworks
- Consistent pipeline generation aligned to regional targets
- High-quality, personalized outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Strong collaboration with AEs and cross-functional teams
- Adherence to company policies, compliance, and communication standards
- Professional, respectful engagement internally and externally
