Job Title: Reliability Test Technician
Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site)
Duration: Contract - 2 months
Pay Rate Range: $60/hr – $65/hr, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Execute system- and component-level reliability tests for autonomous robotic platforms and document findings for root cause analysis.
- Work with electronics, sensors, actuators, and structural components to support validation and troubleshooting activities.
- Develop and maintain detailed test procedures, reports, and lab documentation to ensure repeatability and process consistency.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment including environmental chambers, vibration tables, DAQ systems, and shop tools.
- Support field testing and collaborate cross-functionally to improve test specifications and system performance.
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in robotics, automotive, mechanical, electrical, or related technical environments.
- Experience with environmental testing equipment, soldering, crimping, cable management, and lab/shop tools.
- Working knowledge of Linux and CAD software such as SolidWorks or Onshape.
- Ability to read schematics and datasheets accurately and work in a hands-on lab or warehouse environment.
